ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
To Use:
1. Heat 1 tbsp oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
2. Add 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken or beef.
3. Cook and stir 3 minutes or until meat is no longer pink.
4. Remove from skillet
5. In same skillet, heat 1 tbsp oil.
6. Add this strip of 1 medium onion and 1 medium bell pepper.
7. Cook and stir 3 to 5 minutes. Combine meat with vegetables.
8. Stir in 1/4 cup water and seasoning mix.
9. Cook and stir 3 minutes or until heated throughout.
10. Spoon into warm tortillas and serve with toppings if desired.
11. Makes about 8 six inch fajitas
