The newest in the pro series line from Camp Chef, the Pro 30 is a single burner that works just as harder as his older brothers, the Pro 60 and Pro 90. It comes with a folding shelf that not only serves as a prep area when you are cooking, but doubles as a shield and protection to your stove to keep out the rain and moisture. It accommodates most of the 14" accessories Camp Chef sells, like the SG30 griddle with a built in heat diffuser and the BB30 barbecue box with cast iron cooking surface (try wood chips under the grate, like those we have here for a great smoked flavor!)
