About Smith & Edwards Surplus
In the store, located off I-15 in Utah, we've got even more army surplus gear that we're slowly putting online! We've got new and used BDUs in many different colors, tarps of every size, raingear, military pins, customized dog-tags, ghillie suits, and much much more.

Military Surplus & Ammo Boxes
There's literally no end to the possibilities you can use an ammo box for. Take a surplus ammo box and you can make an emergency kit, water-resistant photography gear box, compartment for your jeep, heck you can even store ammunition in it! These surplus ammo boxes are generally in good shape but they're heavy to ship, so make sure to put in your shipping address and look at FedEx rates.
If you're looking for government surplus ammo boxes, you're in the right spot! Smith & Edwards has carried military surplus since 1947 and we still haven't sold through all of it! Ammo boxes are one of the biggest requests we get - both wooden ammo boxes and metal ammo cans - and you bet you can buy ammo boxes online. We have competitive prices and while we don't offer free shipping, we don't mark up shipping costs crazy. We have very reasonable rates.

Custom Dog Tags
Make your own Military ID tag! We make these all the time for customers here at Smith & Edwards: label your Dutch oven lids with your name, make a special gift, or even outfit your Scouts or students with individual tags. We offer the standard 24" chain, the short 4" chain, a silencer, and your choice of stainless, black, or red tag. Plus, when you order 20 or more dog tags with 5 lines, you can save 20%! You can even send us a file of your students' names and we will stamp out the first line with the name (remaining 4 lines are identical for the group).
